Howdy Y'all
I have a question about a posting by David Alcott regarding endplate/baffle removal. It was posted waaay down on the list, I don't remember when. Anyway, I was wondering if any other mods had been made---such as rejetting the carb, etc. Also, if anyone else has done this--what was the result? Did the bike run lean, backfire, snort, fart, etc. My wife is contemplating an exhaust mod (means I'll be elected to do it ha-ha), and I was just curious. Limited budget with Christmas and all. By the way, we live down South so her bike isn't set up with Califonia emissions, or set up to run in high altitudes. Thanks in advance for any help!
